What Are You Doing Saturday Night?
What Are You Doing Saturday Night?
Well, maybe not this Saturday night, but some Saturday night in the future. Why not catch a show? Why not, indeed! Well, there are some things to consider.
Attending a major concert means leaving the comfort of your home, fighting traffic, competing for an overpriced parking space and trudging to a distant seat surrounded by people slurping beverages and talking on cell phones.
Why bother? Eliminate the hassle by having a smaller concert delivered to your home!
(If you want to impress your neighbors, this’ll do it!)
Why Not Have a House Concert?
Choose From Two Presentation Styles:
- Senior Serenadesoffer lighthearted presentations of the popular tunes of the 1930s, ‘40s, ‘50s and beyond. All will be comfortably familiar to those of retirement age.
A typical performance also combines novelty sing-a-longs with occasional servings of warm original humor.
- Coffeehouse Concertsfeature the music and humor of the coffeehouse era of the ‘60s and ‘70s. Enjoy an engaging variety of contemporary and traditional coffeehouse favorites, sing-a-longs, an original tune or two, new material by writers not yet widely known and a variety of humorous material.
